Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy  

 All Appointments are Non-Refundable after 5 days from the time of purchase (note: a service fee of $10.00 will be charged for refunds); we do offer you the ability to reschedule your appointment, (Note: a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule is required to reschedule your appointment). Every effort will be given with no guarantee of results.  If, for some reason, you cannot make your appointment, you are welcome to give the link for your session to a family member or a friend. If you miss your appointment, the payment will be given as a pay-it-forward donation.

All Appointments are Non-Refundable, Every effort will be given with no guarantees of results.  Connection with loved ones involves the interplay of the frequencies of the medium, the person receiving the communication, and those in spirit. The connection is achieved through the harmony and rapport between all three. Please do not let the outcome of the reading depend on hearing a specific piece of information or hearing from one specific person, this is up to those in spirit, and can leave you feeling disappointed. Please stay open whatever comes through, as those in spirit see a bigger picture. 

All sessions are conducted virtually via the online Zoom. Please note that Tammy prefers to work through Zoom for optimal engagement. Please arrive a little early to your appointment. 

Payment and Scheduling are facilitated through the VerySoul platform. When you press the “Schedule” button, you will be automatically redirected to VerySoul after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and checking the little box( I agree ), and then clicking on “Book Now” button.

Payment is required in advance for all sessions, through either Paypal or Square. Once your payment is received, it is Non-Refundable after 5 days; your chosen appointment slot will be scheduled, and a corresponding Zoom link will be provided to you.

If you find it necessary to reschedule, there is a button option at the bottom of your original confirmation email to reschedule; please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice; failing to do so will result in the forfeiture of your appointment and payment. Please be aware that appointments labeled as “No Show” are non-refundable.  

Please make sure your internet connection and device is working properly before your session, we use High Speed Fiber Internet,  A poor internet connection will not be refunded. We recommend using a desktop computer or laptop and not a cell phone for these sessions.
